Abstract :
Fuzzy patterns are represented by terms, which are interpreted as functions from a domain of symbols into an interval of truth values. A technique of fuzzy pattern matching is introduced and is implemented in simulation. In this simulation system, fuzzy objects and messages are represented by fuzzy terms, which can be approximately matched. This representation makes system simulation more flexible and more realistic than in traditional simulation
