Abstract :
A polarization-independent four-port electro-optic tunable filter in the 1530 nm wavelength regime utilizing non-polarizing relaxed beam splitters and strain-induced polarization converters on LiNbO3 with 16nm tuning range and 46 ns tuning speed is reported.
