Abstract :
A dynamic monitoring system of rotary cutter was presented in this paper. In this system, the high-speed cutter can be monitored by common CCD camera and transient laser. The monitoring system organization and its principle of operation were introduced in detail, we also made an analysis of the system and got the ideal experimental results. From the experiment, we can know that this method has the characteristics of low cost, large range of dynamic monitoring, non-contact measurement and good real-time performance.
