Abstract :
The basic design principles of integrated types of radiators for microstrip reflectarrays are observed and discussed. The considered kind of radiators construction allows combining two main functions simultaneously: to radiate RF energy and to control the phase of re-radiating signal. There are two types of arrays to be investigated: with time constant and time varying parameters. The last ones can be used as electronically scanning arrays “without phase shifters”.
