Abstract :
Summary form only given. The NiFe/FeCo/NiFe sandwich films were prepared using an UHV sputtering process with various film deposition conditions to examine the soft magnetic properties relating to microstructure. The FeCo layer thickness dependence of the coercivity is analysed.
