  • Abstract
    This paper concerns the investigation of structure, composition and properties of superhard multielement (Zr-Ti-Cr-Nb)N coatings obtained by vacuum-arc deposition. The study of coatings was performed using SEM, EDS and XRD. Hardness measurements and adhesion tests were provided. The optimal conditions for (Zr-Ti-Cr-Nb)N coating´s deposition were found.
