Abstract :
Summary form only given. The measuring system for testing of anisotropy and texture of a steel electrical sheet has been proposed by Tumanski et al. (1998). The operating principle of this system and the determination method is described. Although the idea of the presented method seems to be very simple it was necessary to perform hundreds of experiments to establish correct working conditions. The analysis of these conditions (the choice of the magnetizing circuit, the selection of the sensor for magnetic field detection, the assurance of the fixed value and sinusoidal shape of the flux density) is the main subject of this paper.
