Abstract :
This paper propose a 2-D FDFD method for the non-radiative dielectric guided-wave discontinuities analysis. FDFD methods, is a fully numerical method for field visualization and modelling structures with complex geometries or devices of finite size, and obtain solutions at a single frequency more efficiently than time-domain methods and takes the advantages of CPU time reduction and memory saving over its 3-D.
