Abstract :
The present paper concerns the peculiarities of the development of the degradation processes in the nanometer film structures under the influence of high-power electromagnetic fields. We obtained the values of thickness of the conductive films, in which a process of transformation of energy of electromagnetic radiation into the acoustic wave takes place.
