Abstract :
A phase calibration procedure for non-linear 6-pole network with frequency conversion is presented. This calibrated network can be used in a non-linear network analyzer instead of a comb generator. Calibration allows measuring absolute complex values of transition and reflection coefficients of non-linear devices.
