Abstract :
This article presents the covariance matrix based uncertainty analysis for Z-parameter measurements using a vector network analyzer. Calculation expressions for one- and two-port devices are given. Experimental studies were conducted on CABAN R154 vector reflectometer in the coaxial measurement environment.
