Abstract :
The realization of measuring instrument of changes of integrated structure of the environment is considered in the paper. Instrument allows measuring of phase progression of the microwave signal, which repeatedly passes the measuring environment. At the same times, sensitivity and accuracy of the device simultaneously increase. The design of the device and process of adjustment of the system as a whole becomes simpler.
