Abstract :
The application of a subarray processing algorithm for direction-of-arrival estimation is described. The resolution capability is significantly improved by increasing the spacing between sensors. The methods for removing ambiguities created by large sensor spacing are given. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the performance of the algorithm
