Abstract :
Calculation results of active and reactive conductivities of Gunn diodes, differential autodyne parameters of microwave oscillators, non-isochronism and non-isodromism coefficients of autodyne oscillators and external feedback parameters are presented. Calculations are based on the approximation characteristics of Gunn diodes.
