Abstract :
The present paper concerns the results of analysis and selection systems of AFC. Theoretical estimations of the parameters of the system and design optimization based on the requirements to meet the challenges in the field of microwave diagnostics of semiconductors, dielectrics and metamaterials, are carried out. AFC system of modulation type for microwave generators on modern base, which may have universal application in microwave diagnosis of various materials, is proposed and created. Singling out signals of measuring data with using the developed AFC system it can implement recording of kinetics of various processes, which are described by changes e and tgd at various influences, or after-effect of relaxation.
