  • Abstract
    Calculations results of amplitude and frequency phase angle displacement, coefficients of autodyne gain and frequency deviation are presented. The effect of frequency detuning of the oscillator from the transit frequency of the Gunn diode is shown. Calculations are based on the approximation characteristics of Gunn diodes.
