  • Abstract
    The IEEE 802.16e standard proposes the idle mode to conserve power and operation resource. Under this mode, we propose a dynamic date path strategy based on fuzzy logic control algorithm to decrease the cost of location management for the users of different moving patterns. We analyze the performance of the dynamic data path strategy and basic strategy. The result shows that our strategy is cost-efficient.
