Abstract
To protect personnel and other institutions from the low-intensity electromagnetic fields the fractal electromagnetic screen-restructor, containing a substrate of bioinert material and installation tool - the electromagnetic circuit - in the form of the fractal figures with the flat element in a center, was developed.
