Abstract :
In this paper, we design a reduced-order observer for the fuzzy singular perturbed system. Based on this, an Hinfin feedback controller is developed and the design problem is further transformed into solution of some linear matrix inequalities. The stability of the whole system is also proved. To demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach, we present the application to the control of a single flexible-link manipulator
