Abstract :
The present paper concerns possibility to swing beams of the transmitting and receiving radio antennas of bistatic systems for atmosphere radio acoustic sounding at the acoustic sounding pulse tracking at its movement over the path. The paper presents the ways of solving the diffraction problem for defining the corrective functions when measuring temperature and speed of wind at the lower part of the sounding path with a considerable slope of beams. It is shown that the modern elemental base makes the technical realization of the RASS systems with economically justified PAA.
