  • Abstract
    Research problems of atmosphere parameter measurement accuracy of the radar and radio navigational upper-air sounding system (UASS) are discussed in the report. Procedures of laboratory tests and comparative launch execution are developed to carry out research. Laboratory and comparative testing of the navigational UASS with AVK, MARL-A and Vector-M radar-tracking systems are carried out. It is shown that navigational UASS have higher precision and better capability of radiosonde coordinates and velocity measurement.
