Abstract :
Article deals with synthesis of Hurst exponent estimation algorithm for signal reflected from moving object. Signal model based on fractal Brownian motion is developed. Method of estimation of object Hurst exponent is proposed. Method of object detection by Neyman-Pearson criterion is considered.
