Abstract :
Adopting MSP430 ultra-low power 16-bit single-chip microcomputer as the core of heat meters, Pt1000 matching platinum resistance as temperature measurement sensor, non-magnetic meter as the hot water flow measurement sensor, the micro-power testing of heat consumption in the heat exchange circuit and wireless reading meter combined with ZigBee and GPRS are realized here. ZigBee node module uses high-performance microcontroller module CC2430 wireless transmission module and transplants ZigBee2006 protocol stacks, GPRS module uses MC39i module. After more than four months´ running and testing, the test results show that the system has outstanding benefits of low power consumption, low transmission error rate and high antiinterference performance and deserves better popularization.
