Abstract :
Recently, home intelligent service is extended to context aware and situation aware automation service by using ubiquitous technology. This paper designs a ubiquitous computing based smart home safety management (U-SHM) for digital life. The proposed scheme integrates RFID and context awareness technologies in ubiquitous environments to increase the efficiency of mobile commerce and improve the life quality. This system provides the security service functions such as the partial credential based user authentication and context-aware access control, and the security policy management functions. We designed the secure and automatic control service using RFID tagged ID card and context based light and temperature management using sensor and RFID tag.Through our proposed U-SHM, the residents can be free and relaxing to gather the ubiquitous environment information around their home all the time.
