Abstract :
Dipoles are popular radiating elements in communication and T.V. applications. They are also popular as primary antennas in associate with reflectors. The radiation patterns of dipoles play major role in all the applications. The beam width of the main lobe is highly influenced by the length of dipole. Number of minor lobes is also dependent on its length. In the present work the beam width of the main lobe are computed for the dipoles of different length.
