Abstract :
The BU-61583 from the Data Device Corporation is a complete, hardened, hybrid interface solution for a MIL-STD-1553 spacecraft communications bus. We present single-event-effects data from heavy ions for the embedded memory, host processor interface, and the 1553 bus interface.
