Abstract :
In this letter, a new current-mode bi-second-order AOA filter is presented. It can carry out low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filtering functions by selecting different inputs and outputs. The parameters of the circuit rely on the resistance ratio, and it is out of temperature. It possesses high accuracy and high stability, and its pole angular frequency and quality factor can be tuned accurately and independently. The simulated results are illustrated.
