Abstract
The study of M-sequence ensemble combining rule effect on single point response function sidelobe levels and distribution is presented in this paper. Three ways of ensemble combining are considered for generating polynomial orders of 8-13: no shift, linear shift and random shift. The best results are obtained for sounding signals modulated by M-sequence ensembles combined by a random shift.
