Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed a whitening model instead of traditional black box model in the area of metrology to resolve the uncertainty and time-varying from IATE dynamic measurement system. Considering the effect from in-system units and other interfering factors, we built a whitening model of the whole-system and traced the dynamic accuracy. The experiment clearly demonstrated that the model succeeded in achieving the disintegration and traceability of dynamic error and met measurement needs at higher-precision levels.
