Abstract :
Aimed at the requirement of fast test for aviation DC generator, a portable performance parameters test system is introduced in this paper. According to the requirement of GJB181 and GJB181A, the hardware structure and software of test system are analyzed, and the design and implementation of the test system software with LabVIEW is completed. The system has the functions including auto setup load, steady state and transient parameters test with different loads, rotor speed test, and so on. The result shows that the system has good and reliable performance of parameter test and achieves the design requirement.
