Abstract :
In this paper, the leakage inductance of planar transformer is analyzed. The physical structure of the planar transformer discussed in this paper is introduced at first. Then the leakage magnetic field in the planar transformer is analyzed and the calculation formula of the leakage inductance is deduced. The simulating results by ANSOFT are given. Based on the above analysis, the optimization design method to reduce the leakage inductance of the planar transformer is introduced. At last the optimized prototype and the experimental results are given.
