Abstract
Secret sharing scheme is a way to distribute a secret among a set of participants such that the collection of all the shares that the participants hold in the authorized set will reconstruct the secret. In a perfect secret sharing scheme, collaboration between unauthorized participants cannot reduce their uncertainty about the secret. In 1992, Chaudhry, Ghodosi and Seberry promote a perfect secret sharing scheme from room square, and Chaudhry and Seberry gave another in 1996. In this paper, we propose two simple new secret sharing schemes from room square based on linear equation. Furthermore, the proposed schemes are more efficient than the original two from the viewpoint of the information rate
