Abstract :
The factors influence on beam pointing for SOTM were studied. The earth rotation and gyro zero offset were removed based on open loop correcting, three angular rate gyros mounted orthogonally to each other were corrected by four accelerometers, and the scheme applies satellite tracking information to correct gyro error was put forward, the simulation results indicate this method could effectively calibrate error caused by gyro´s long term running.
