Abstract
A novel scale-free mixed-hop (signal-multi-hop) routing protocol (SFSMH) is designed based on the hierarchical structure. This protocol can apperceive the change of topology structure and dynamically adjust cluster network topology and routing strategy so as to effectively reduce the propagation cost, and the decline of overall performance could be effectively reduced. Because mixed-hop routing algorithm is designed within cluster, the network energy load could be balanced, and the lifetime could be prolonged, simulating test is carried out to validate the availability and feasibility of the protocol. Comparing to several existing typical routing algorithms, the result indicates: protocol has advantage no matter what in system function, system energy consumption, dependability, and can better meet the need of smart monitoring in limited resource.
