Abstract :
Summary form only given. In this work we study the local infrared emission during thermal treatment to find the real temperature distribution and to observe the crystallization and structural changes during annealing of the sample. Also we have developed a theoretical model of the crystallization in the sample during the annealing that confirms the results obtained.
