Abstract :
We investigate wavelength tunability of all-optical flip-flop using distributed Bragg reflectors. Single-mode lasing and flip-flop switching is obtained with more than 24.7-dB extinction ratio and 21.5-dB SMSR at 3.1-nm tuning range.
