Abstract :
In order to avoid the drawback of ldquochange the lubricant on schedulerdquo and the existing oil monitoring experiments with high costs, complicated operation and poor real-time performance, it´s necessary to develop the on-line intelligent monitoring device with a good real-time performance. Through the theoretical and experimental method, this paper verifies the feasibility of the dielectric constant as the decay of lubricants evaluation index, establishes the dielectric constant three-parameter Weibull distribution model, by means of the combination of the image estimation and analysis algorithm to realize parameter prediction, determines the dielectric constant threshold based on the quality of the lubricants. On the basis of the above develops on-line warning systems for automotive lubricants adopts the sensor technology, integrated single-chip technology. Though real vehicle test, that the system is verified accurate and reliable.
