Abstract :
Stochastic two-bit analog to digital converter (ADC) can be used either as measuring device, or as fuzzyfication device. The only difference between these two ways is in the duration of operating time interval applied in particular use. The long operating time interval implies measurement, while short operating time interval means fuzzyfication. In the paper the both usages are described and compared, also hardware schematics are given and discussed.
