Abstract :
In this paper a novel frequency dependent stochastic model for the mobile radio propagation channel is addressed. The wireless channel´s statistics at different frequencies are studied and issues such as amplitude and arrival time distributions are investigated. Correlations of channel parameters at different frequencies are proposed. Using the models the rms delay spread as well as the statistics of path loss at different frequencies is obtained. Further, based on the correlation properties of rms delay spread with frequency, a frequency dependent simulator for the rms delay spread is devised.
