Abstract :
Summary form only given. Previously, the influence of the order parameter S and the tetragonality c/a on the magnetic anisotropy for (Fe-Co-Ni)/sub 50/Pt/sub 50/ films was reported Kanazawa et al. (J. Magn. Soc. Jpn. vol.25, p.671 (2001)). In order to understand in detail the relationship between the magnetic properties and the structure, the composition was varied over a wide range of (Fe-Co-Ni)/sub 50/Pt/sub 50/ in the present experiment. In particular, the result is discussed in conjunction with the theory put forward.
