Abstract :
The paper deals with dielectric spectroscopy of insulation material used in high voltage rotating machines. Wide area of polarization spectrum using dielectric loss factor was determined. The transformation from time to frequency domain in low frequency up to 100 Hz and direct measurement of dielectric loss factor in high frequency to 2 MHz were used.
