Abstract :
In this paper, Quasi-static method is employed to analyze nonzero thickness air coplanar waveguide. Using the results of the analysis, an Air Coplanar Waveguide Probe of GSG style has been designed and manufactured, with which excellent results have been achieved from DC to 40GHz. Issues of the design and construction of the probe are also focused on.
