Abstract :
An ecological house, indicates more one concept that a definite type of dwelling. The idea is to combine the various modes of heating, ventilation, power supply of the apparatuses to reduce the consumption of energy massively, therefore an exponential decay of the CO2 rejection. In this article, an analysis of the use of the various energy vectors in an individual dwelling in urban environment is presented. By calculating thermal parameters of the building, we identified the energy sources of losses, as well as the possibilities of energy saving for this building. The results obtained are compared with the same house but built with more respectful ecological materials of the environment, the goal is to have an idea precise over the made savings, the needs for heating and cooling, CO2 rejection and finally time back from the investment.
