Abstract :
Summary form only given. Superlattice medium is one of promising candidates for high density perpendicular recording media. In the present study, thermal agitation of magnetization and recording performance were discussed for Co(B)/Pd superlattice perpendicular recording media as a function of Co or CoB layer thickness, /spl delta//sub Co/ or D/sub CoB/. The total superlattice thickness is 10/spl sim/14 nm.
