Abstract :
The paper is the first step for an investigation regarding load control feasibility in Romanian power system. It analyses operational aspects of load dispatching mechanisms in Romanian market environment. Operational development of the load control and the stresses raised by the forecasting are investigated. Further developments are planed on: financial consequences, stake holder analysis, risks evaluation and contingency plans definition.
