Abstract :
Summary form only given. The authors investigated the nonuniform magnetisation profile of La/sub 0.7/Sr/sub 0.3/MnO/sub 3/ films deposited on SrTiO/sub 3/ [001] by polarised neutron reflectometry (PNR) at room temperature. The magnetisation of these films was then tuned by successive annealings at 1023 K under varying air pressure, and the associated magnetic properties degradation was studied.
