Abstract :
In this paper, no-wait flow shop production scheduling within finite intermediate storage (FIS) under uncertainty was considered. Finite intermediate storage module and no-wait policy were analyzed respectively and a mixture flow shop production scheduling model with both no-wait constraints and finite intermediate storage was set up based on the theory of fuzzy programming, in which fuzzy processing time was conducted. The maximum membership functions of mean value (MMFMV) were applied to convert the fuzzy scheduling model to an accurate optimization problem. An improved simulated annealing algorithm (SA) was proposed to verify and optimize the scheduling model. The results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the improved simulated annealing algorithm.
