Abstract
Summary form only given. We have studied the dynamic magnetization reversal in polycrystalline Co/NiO bilayers as a function of applied field sweep rate (dH/dt) and maximum applied field H/sub max/. Layer thicknesses ranged from 4 nm to 25 nm for NiO and from 3 nm to 12 nm for Co. The measurements were performed over 10 decades of dH/dt using the longitudinal Kerr effect.
