Abstract
Innovation is the fundamental source of value creation in organizations. Despite its importance, many companies fail to systematize the innovation process. The innovation process depends on a complex combination of factors related to organizational culture, which are not easily identified. This paper proposes a collaborative approach to identify innovation factors by using the group storytelling approach to capture organizational knowledge. We then use a set of innovation indicators to extract innovation features from the gathered knowledge.
