Abstract :
Model-based fault isolation problem for an aerogenerator benchmark is considered in this work. Fault detection and isolation are very important for maintenance activities as well as for the development of fault tolerant control strategies. In this work an observer-based approach to fault detection and isolation of faults in an aerogenerator is proposed. Robust residual generation is carried out using classic techniques and evaluation of residuals is made via a weighted sum of outputs on a time window. The efficacy of the proposed approach is shown using simulation results of the benchmark.
